Super rare album that held the Leaf set - and an even rarer original mailing envelope. The envelope has seen better days but it still exists.
The album front, back, and graphics are terrific. The all-black pages inside have some condition issues. When someone removed the cards from the pages they were a bit rough at the start but then became more careful. The first 4 pages have some pretty major rips and a bit of paper missing (some of which is still loose in the album). The final 10 pages don't have any missing paper but do have some minor tears. I have included photos of all of the pages so you can see the condition of the whole thing - they are in order from start to finish.
