Exceptional example of Jerry West's RC and well centered which is no easy task for this card. If not for a lone light surface wrinkle on the reverse only which doesn't show on the front it would have probably graded a 6 or 7.

The back surface wrinkle starts inward from the right back border and runs parallel above the words "points 1,389"

Priced above your everyday run of the mill off centered Psa 4 due to its overall eye appeal.
