Can someone please educate me on 1960 Vending boxes?
 

Hi Gang:

I am looking for an empty 1960 Topps Baseball Vending box. I see many listed on ebay saying 1960's and only one saying specifically 1960.

That one can be seen here:

and please note the red C in the word CARDS on the top of the box.

Others listed as from the 1960's do not have the red C. See:

So.how do I tell which Vending box was used in 1960?

It's tough to go year-by-year on these as some styles were probably introduced as others faded but I have images of 1956 Elvis Presley (first cards in the standard size) and what was described as a 1964 Beatles vending box.
