Stumped me.

That’s a fairly modern font, so I am guessing 80s.

This is the only thing on eBay I could find which is of no help:

I think the problem is the complete absence of information likely means they are unlicensed. With Ted and Hank, perhaps it was a 500 hr club set sold at shows?

I don’t think this was a legit venture.
