PSA street address for "authentication service" ??

.
. Hello ----might anyone know exactly where to send a graded card which I sold on E-bay for more than $250.??? I saw that it is to be sent to PSA for authentication , by me , the seller ? Does anyone happen to know exactly where to mail it to ? I have no access to preprinted shipping labels or any tech stuff ; I would need to actually write the E-Bay/PSA authentication department street address on the package , but I cannot find an address to mail it to , and their " help " sections have no answer I can find. I already know you can't talk to any humans at E-Bay or PSA. Thanks for any guidance and help. MG54

I have never done this either. Can you go to the place to print the packing slip. Maybe that has the address on it. One of the drop downs should have the address you need to send it to.

Ebay / psa

I recently sold a card on Ebay that had to be sent to be authenticated .
The card was already graded by PSA but the sold price indicated that it had to be sent out again. I purchased the shipping label and printed it from Ebay. I suggest that you do the same.
This is free at the moment but I am sure that it will cost someone (buyer or seller) eventually. Between this authentication proceedure and the new $600.00 selling limit and all the fees , I may be done selling on Ebay.
Good Luck.

Ebay always gives you the address to ship to.

In the past, they just had you ship to the customer.

Now, the address they give you is the PSA authentication address. Usually it has the customer's name on it, and a code, which PSA uses to track the item, and then ship it off to the end customer once they've completed their work.

What selling limit?

If you’re referring to the issuance of 1099 forms, that’s neither new news nor is it a limit.

How long does this authentication take? I bought a fairly expensive card ($905) and the seller promptly sent it to the authentication place. It was received on the 7th, ten days ago. Ebay still shows it being authenticated (btw, it is already PSA graded). The seller is reputable, so I am starting to wonder if I will receive my card anytime soon.

My experience suggests a few days.

For example, I just bought an item on 12/6. PSA got it on 12/10, and they shipped it out to me on 12/13.

So then

Ive had the opposite happen with the Authentication services. First time bought two items from NY, they were shipped to CA for authenticating and then shipped back to my address in PA. That took about 3 weeks.

I have one now that was purchased on 11/30, still at Ebay authentication with an estimated delivery date of 12/29. I leave the country for 3 months on Jan 1 and may just have to cancel the order if another delay. When I bought it, the latest estimated delivery date was 12/14. This is my last purchase on Ebay if it has to go through this process. All 3 cards were previously graded by SGC, BGS, and PSA.

I mean, if they’re looking at the card, they’re doing it in record time. So I would guess not. Plus, the service as advertised for graded cards suggests that they’re not re-grading the card. Just checking to make sure that the slab is intact and someone hasn’t faked a slab or broken it out and put another card into the slab.

You ship it to the address provided by ebay…like you’ve always done.

You don’t want to arbitrarily mail it to an address you found on the internet because the address given to you by ebay has code/info that link it to you and the buyer.

No card review, just slab. Source of great confusion among the public.

I just don't understand what takes so long. Here's a slab. Is it good? Yes or no? Five minutes?

I suspect they get in a pretty good stack every day. Probably have to take them out of the packaging they come in, get them all organized. Then someone has to check them out. Then pack them back up with their fancy packaging and ship them out. And do it all without screwing anything up, losing them, putting them into the wrong package, etc. With enough volume, the logistics could get exciting in a hurry.

At the same time, mine seem to all take just a few days, which seems about right given the level of service being provided here. But it sounds like others are taking longer. Could be a sign that they’re finding something that looks sketchy and kicking it over to the group that takes a closer look, or it could just be a sign that they’re inconsistent.
