Dazzy Vance card ID

I picked up this card at the national and I don't think the dealer told me the set then, tossed it in with a lot for an extra $30 I think. I can't find a match on VCP and searches of various descriptors don't match. Regardless I take it from the left edge it's trimmed? Would consider getting it slabbed authentic if it's worth it, along with a Kauff strip card I have up for sale now I got from the dealer.

I believe it's a modern print from a Sun Pictures negative. I have one as well that's in a worthless FGA slab. The dealer that sold it to me (very cheaply) acknowledged that it wasn't vintage.
