I believe you have it upside down.

Here you go. Cropped and rotated in Adobe. It looks like J Navarro. He may have also added his apellido materno (mother's last name). You will usually see two last names in Spanish. The first is apellido paterno (father's last name) then apellido materno. They use the father's last name. The first one I could think of is Julio Franco. His formal name is Julio Franco Robles.
