I am not experienced with those but TO me I would want it graded to both protect it and also to help increase the value of it.
Since newer collectors and investors like everything graded it helps expanded your market to resell it.
I do have seller ungraded pieces so as a collector it does not matter to me.
Regardless do to the age and the item being fragile it needs to be protected
