Why were the Phillies wildcard tickets not digital then?

WC was played in St Louis not Philly.

Season ticket holder and we were not given the options digital was all that was available to us

during the Championship series I went to customer service and asked if I could get my digital ticket printed on a cardboard ticket and was told no

I have been a season ticket holder since 2004 and asked my rep about getting hard copy tickets. It cost me an extra $20 per ticket to have printed and use for entry into the games instead of e tickets. I sold my extra tickets to game 5 of the NLCS and games 3, 4, and 5 to the World Series on eBay. Not sure if I have any extra tickets to the 2022 NLDS games in Philly yet can check when I get home.
