Using COMC for pre-war pickups

https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d716bdc1c1.jpg

I’ve been sending unwanted cards to COMC in batches for the last 6 months. I’m using profits from those sales to now pickup pre-war cards of hall of famers

Here is what came in today.

1931 W517 Charlie Klein
1929-30 R315 Paul Waner
1934 Gold Medal Flour Joe Medwick

Anyone else do this?

Nice, sharp cards.

I recently purchased a pre-war card from the COMC website (where it was listed for half their eBay price). I paid for it 8/19, got an email 8/22 saying it was shipped, and the package arrived 8/25. No complaints with the process. I have not consigned any cards to them.

Sellers ship their cards to COMC to list. Buyers buy them and can’t store them indefinitely until they want to ship everything in their account, to save on shipping. Not a lot of pre war usually, lots of post war vintage and modern. Usually good for .50 to $20 cards, in my opinion I’m sure someone will chime in to say is wrong.
