Mynted Memorabilia

Sorry if this has been asked before, but is anyone familiar with Mynted Memorabilia/Mynt Auctions, etc. It looks like they have a very wide variety of collectibles (loosely speaking), and they appear to used timed auctions most, if not all, of the time, but they also have probably a 1-2% sales rate -- just about every lot is "passed" (presumably because a reserve was not met). Anyone know anything or have any experience with them? See this for example: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/auct...mynt-auctions/

Thank you!!

Don't know who they are, but I've seen them now for about 6-9 months. Prices are so outrageous I don't even look what they list anymore.

If they are selling 1% I'd be stunned.

Should be 0%.

wasn't sure if the o/p was shilling for them

to get people to the site after watching the first lots live. I have no life so I stayed because I was intrigued by the 10.00 opening bids as there were a couple of interesting signed helmets. NO BIDDING! Of 200 or so lots I watched the couple/three lots that garnered a bid were passed by the house as not meeting the reserve. An amazing waste of time but each lot took only about 15 seconds.....

Post closing Staff meeting; "Gee Fellas, this business model that Carl cooked up and we invested in with the promise of very robust returns isn't quite working out and my wife is pissed she didn't get her kitchen remodel instead. Carl called me over the weekend and wants me to double down on my investment, he says if we increase the reserve by 30% it will trigger Fomo with the bidders.

Whaday'all think?"

I mean we must be making money right? Did you see Carl's new Audi...
