2018 Topps Now Card of the Month BGS 9.5. Here is the cert info:10906440.

I submitted it myself. Believe it or not, only 1220 people accepted the offer back in April 2018 for a free Ohtani rookie card from Topps. The card I was sent looked gem and indeed BGS confirmed that.

Out of town now but I can follow up next week if you are interested.
