Who is the Cub in this picture?
 

Need some help in identifing the Cub in this picture. It is from the April 10, 1946 Pathfinder magazine.

There are no details with the Getty image but I believe the picture is from the first inning of Game 1 of the 1945 World Series. Mickey Livingston of the Cubs is caught trying to steal second base....the Tiger is Eddie Mayo.
