Trim/Miscut?

Take a look at this and let me know if you think this is altered or, charitable, miscut, but nevertheless finds PSA asleep at the switch.

There is a tilt, but it looks too pronounced on the upper left.

Looks like just a tilt cut to me. I don't see a problem.
