Vintage Yankee pennants

Need help on these 2 Yankee pennants...anyone know the years and approximate value of these two?

Both are somewhat rare. The top one is cool, because you typically see Uncle Sam depicted in the Stadium rather than the Batter image. Value is normally $100 - $125, but with the moth nips on the spine, you'd be hard-pressed to get $100. I would say about $80 for that one, assuming the tip is okay. It's likely from the early 1960s.
Condition looks a bit nicer on the other one. It may be a bit more common, but it does say "American League Champs". I would guess it's from the span in which The Yankees won the AL pennant 5 years in a row (from '49 - '53), though it's probably impossible to pin down the specific year. In nice condition like yours, I would say $90 - $110 is about right.
