OT: Help with editing a few images
 

Wondering if anyone would mind helping me edit a few images. Basically looking to take a scan like the attached, clean up the flaws, touch up any color bleeds, etc, and make the background transparent including the inside of the "0", "9", etc.). The end result would be the text, design, and image are sort of "floating" off the background. I have 3 different images I would like to do it with, and I think this would be the most complex. Hopefully this makes sense. If anyone could help please let me know. Thanks!
