I do not know a thing about this; it was part of a collection of items I acquired recently. It measures 3.5 x 5.5 inches (approximately postcard size). There is a light ding in the bottom left corner and a 'wave' as it was in an old buckled holder for many years before I acquired it, but otherwise it is very nice. It looks like an old item to me and perhaps a period piece (it certainly is not 'newer') but if anybody out there knows for sure feel free to comment in the thread (I won't be offended).
