This is the same Honus Wagner shown in one of the other many related threads on Net54: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=320693

This card has not been authenticated yet. It will go through the process if sold. And it may not get that far. Ebay removes a lot of sketchy listings before they are sold and get to the authentication stage.

Ebay's "Authenticity Guarantee" doesn't mean this card is authentic. It means if/when it sells, it'll be shipped to a 3rd party to determine authenticity before being sent to the buyer.
