Been going thru my issues of VCBC ( all 38 issues ). What a great publication with a wealth of baseball collecting information. What ever happened to the editor and publisher Dennis C Purdy ? He put together a great mag. Then it was taken over by Don Betz .

Yes, I had all the issues at one time. Ended up selling them all at one time. Great magazine. Purdy was a little controversial. Lol

Dennis sure did a number on "Buffalo Hunter" Alan Hagar, exposing him as the fraud he was.

Mr Purdy was tuned to certain aspects of the Hobby :)
