RIP Ray Liotta
This morning, my friend and neighbor, Ray Liotta passed away, age 67.
Shoeless Joe Jackson in 1987 Henry Hill in 1988 Two amazing MVP roles in back-to back years. What you did not know was Ray loved sports. Played a lot of pickup basketball, watched a lot of football, but best of all - he always would make time for a catch with my two sons when they were little leaguers. Also, he was truly fond of Shoeless Joe, and Golden Era baseball. We talked baseball cards, etc., etc. all the time. He was one of the really good ones in Hollywood. RIP Ray Liotta |
Sad beyond words. RIP...

Very sad
Loved him in everything I saw him in. RIP. Thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones.

Great information from the original member. Sounds like he was similar
to the characters he played in those movies- an old fashioned throwback, a true fan. Rest in Peace and thanks for the movie memories. Trent King |

After the latest gun butchery I thought I was cried out. Maybe not. I'll miss you Ray. Thankfully I can watch you over and over in two of my top 20 movies of all time. You left some good in this world.

Cop Land
Ray was great in Cop Land too...RIP...Jerry

Field of Dreams such a great movie and played greatly by him. I don’t think he had a ton of lines but they were impactful.

One of the more interesting performers in the business.
"Narc" in an under-rated fantastic movie, and incredible performance by Liotta. |
A great talent. Left us too soon.
