I was in today's allocation event trying to win us some more submissions, and PSA literally booted me out with only a minute to go!! Has that happened to anyone else?

$1000 max value?? that's pre-graded value or after graded? (Sorry, I don't submit card for grading, so i don't know)

It would be what YOU value the card at. Put it this way, if PSA lost your card, what would your replacement value be? Also, you can't send for example a $5,000 card under this. You WILL get upcharged.

I have a couple cards to grade. Is this a 90 day return window?

It’s my understanding that the value is based on the projected grade. This requires you to first predict the grade that PSA will assign the card. After projecting the grade, you then have to determine the value based on the projected grade PSA will assign.
