PSA Auction Prices question

Do the "Auction Prices" listed on PSA from various auction houses include any buyers premium or fees imposed by the action house? In other words, if one buys a Mantle rookie for $40,000 in a Leland's auction, and they have a 20% buyer's premium, the buyer will effectively pay $48,000 for the card. On PSA, when they record the sale on their "Auction Prices" page, will they list the sale price as $40,000 or $48,000?

Pretty sure it is the all in price including the juice. Otherwise, the info is useless.

Includes the BP. See this auction from REA. Winning bid was $20K. Reported on that page as $24K. Shows up in APR for $24K as well.

Thank you, that makes alot more sense. I was comparing the auction prices to Ebay and wondering why anybody would pay the same or more for auction considering you have to tack on another 20%. Thankfully, the prices are truly comparing apples to apples. As you can see, I have not participated in any auctions previously, but I am tempted with some of the newest offerings from a couple houses.
