Nice HOF 3x5 collection

3 Attachment(s)
I have a collection of 55 different Hall of Fame members autographs on 3x5 index cards or cuts. 85% of these are deceased players. This is a wonderful opportunity to add a large number of great names at a far lower price than it would take you to acquire all these individually. Many of these are on unlined 3x5s and are SPECIMEN grade examples. Several with small photos; pre-stroke Bell; Rookie-era Sandberg auto. Add to or upgrade your 3x5 baseball HOF collection. The break-up value of this collection could make you a tidy profit. Names in this collection are:

Luke Appling
Earl Averill
Al Barlick
Cool Papa Bell
Yogi Berra
Lou Boudreau
Rod Carew (cut)
Max Carey

Ryne Sandburg Auto

I was happy to see that old style Sandburg autograph. I have a rookie card and a photo that I shot that he signed for me early in his career with that autograph. When I show it to people, they tell me quickly that it's not real and doesn't even look anything like his autograph. I think he changed up when he started signing for the card companies and dropped the earlier style. It's nice to have a few at any rate and I was glad to see another.

You are right, Ray,.,
Folks who are familiar with Sandberg's current scrawl would have a hard time believing that this rookie era autograph was real. I would say the same thing about Ivan Rodriguez, I got him at AA level and his signature then is not close to what he gives today.
