Yeah, would love to be sorting through piles like that.

I'd probably also be complaining about my back after hunching over those for a few hours....then my wife would look at me, nod her head sarcastically....and tell me to shut up and go split some wood for the fireplace.

Always thought Dionne was an under-rated offensive force in the league. Still stands at 6th All-Time in Goals and Points.

Detroit traded him at 23 years old after a 121 point season for a couple of lower to mid-level players. :confused:

Even if you try to argue he was an offensive only player, he was generally the top guy (or close to it) in +/- rating, on whatever team he was on.

I met Dionne at a card show in Toronto just before the pandemic, and although he's the same age as my mother (70), he could have kicked my ass pretty fast! The guy is a tank! He must have been a nightmare to guard during his playing days. And yes, I got him to sign my card!
