Have to admit Ive never seen something like this. resembles a bank. Ceramic Has hole in top and on bottom is closed w duct tape. Must have had something like a plug there.

Idea I was told was that a ball of string was inside and you pulled out a piece when needed.

Peculiar A's piece. appears A's stickers were there as manufactured.
