gil hodges autograph
Whats the going rate for a good cut autograph?
|
$300 or so would be a fair price for a cut since his HOF admission.
|
I've been tracking Hodges prices for years. I'd say $300 for a "cut" is about right. A nice index card or similar has trended towards $450+/-. A few years ago the index card could be had for $100-$200.

Often his signature placement doesn't have great eye appeal. For example, upside down on a yearbook or across his face, etc. A single signed ball or good looking index card will fetch a higher price.

I've seen a few of these around. I picked this one up 10 years ago, I think. I hate the cuts. I'd rather have Cold Cuts as 95% of those are fakes.
As a Dodger Fan, I always liked Gil. Glad he made it in the Hall. He deserved to be there years ago. |
That’s a great photo and signature across the top of the bat. Glad too, Gil got into the Hall.
