EPDG Johnson value

need a range for potential trade deal thx

I would say $2k-$3k.
Basis is based on PSA Pop report for Sovereign and AB backs. All are reasonably rare. But I do give a nod to the EPDG. Again, Just my opine. Nice Card. Thomas |
Given PR condition, I would say it's worth between $1k - !.25k.

An SGC 1.5 Sovereign 350 sold a few weeks ago for $1425 on ebay.
The Sovereign/EPDG/AB350 all have very similar population counts on PSA, but EPDGs bring a premium over Sov350s/AB350s, from what I have seen. I think you could expect to get between $1500-2000 for it, given the grade and the paper loss on the front. Good luck |
I think the paper loss really hurts here given it's on Johnson's face and is in 3 different areas. Personally, I thinks it's value is 750-1250.

I think the last 2 responses also highlight the challenge here. These cards are really rare, they are low pop, and so the value/price ultimately depends on how quickly you need to sell/trade it.
I looked at ebay, and there appears to literally have been 1 sale in the last 3 months of a WaJo Sovereign 350. No sales for an EPDG or Tolstoi. So if a back collector really wants this combo, its hard to say how long they've been searching for it, and how desperate they are. EPDG's are low pop and tough to find. This one has issues, clearly, but it is still a very low pop card that doesn't pop up every day. |
not paper loss
but paper glued onto the top of the card that could potentially be soaked or steamed off. an aspect I could see an auction house using in their description.

1k ish if it's paper loss. $1500-2k if it's paper addition.
