“Causeway Card Show at Boston Garden” - worth a trip?

Wondering if any Boston area collectors checked out the Causeway Card show today at Boston Garden - anyone know if they have any dealers who carry vintage baseball?

I hear that it’s almost exclusively new and graded… no good vintage

Anyone venture over there today? Thinking of a possible road trip tomorrow morning.

Thx

Jeff

Wish I knew about it earlier, might have tried to venture out. If you go, please give us any update on the quantity/ quality of prewar items, if you can.

Was just there. Very little vintage baseball, thought there were a few dealers who had some (though it seemed no one who was primarily about vintage baseball). Interestingly, the little vintage that was there seemed to fall into two categories: T206s and Mantles (don't think I saw a single 1933 Goudey or T205). Not sure who thought card shows needed a DJ playing house music, though.

Causeway show

I went today. I was able to buy and trade for around 12 t206 hofers. Saw some T205 and a few Goudey Ruths. It’s def 90 percent or more modern. Bar open at 9:00 and the music and dancing was entertaining. I had a good time and found stuff but If you do go be prepared to look at a lot of newer cards. I am seeing this at just about every show now.

The show is tomorrow. It looks like mostly modern https://www.causewaycardshow.com/

Anyone have any recent experience?

Thanks
