That is pretty funny

Wonder if anyone is actually buying them

Fred 01-06-2022 06:22 PM

I'm not biting unless they can guarantee a PSA9 or PSA10 for Amazon card.

KCRfan1 01-06-2022 06:25 PM

I'll stick with my TD Ameritrade account, getting the stock I actually want, and my t206's.

Huuu boy.

Before long there will be a Wall Street crooks chase cards. With a 1 of 1 Bernie Madoff prism refractor die-cut rainbow stock certificate prison number card.

Peter_Spaeth 01-06-2022 06:32 PM

It would have been more interesting with individuals.

Bleh...

Not sure there was much "market" research done on this one.

Looks like preschool flash cards.

Ugh.

Hard pass from me.

philliesfan 01-06-2022 07:54 PM

Yikes! Does not appeal to me. Think I will pass for now.......and later.

Stampsfan 01-07-2022 03:04 AM

I wonder if we can invest in the manufacturer?

Look for the exclusive personalized die-cut autographs with special inscriptions.

I just pulled the "Mama Cathie" 1 of 1, it can be yours for the low, low price of 2 Bitcoins, or 3 NFT's of Jerome Powell!

I should have listened to her on TSLA.

ALR-bishop 01-08-2022 09:44 AM

I think I got this from Rich Klein.

Even a wrong clock is right twice a day, her ARK funds have been getting crushed.

She is not in it for the short term. I am sure Peter Lynch had bad stretches too, or any money manager who takes risks. Maybe her vision works out, maybe not, but short term underperformance isn't that relevant here.

Very true, and I do respect Peter Lynch's opinion. I question some of Cathie's moves at times, but she clearly knows more than me, so who am I to judge? I'll stick to my blue-chips and call it a day (or a decade, It's going to take a while)

Or just buy SPY if you have a long horizon, research has shown that over long periods of time, almost nobody outperforms it. In any event, going with even superstar stock pickers and individual stocks is high risk to go with the high reward.

All that said, I love NVDA. :) :)

I have a healthy position of SPY! I'm a big AMD guy, but was considering NVDA due to recent price points. Have to do some research!
