Opinions on fleabay "Bid activity" stats

On Fleabay, the bidding summary for a bidder and seller can be found in the bid history.

At what point do you begin wondering if any "impropriety" is taking place?

For example, if you saw a bidder with over 10,000 feedbacks and the indication is that the bid activity with a particular seller (for the 10K feedback buyer) is 10%, does that raise a red flag?

At what point do you begin to wonder if there's something not quite right with the data? Do you tend to bid on the item anyway or does it make you shy away from the bidding?

For me, I'll still bid on items, even if I feel there's something not quite right with the bidding. I figure I have a purchase price limit so even though something may stink, I'll still bid.

Who is the seller ?

No one in particular. I'm trying to determine the best way to interpret the information and am trying to figure out why ebay would provide this information in the first place.

If I think an auction is being shilled, I'll still bid in it until it reaches the maximum amount I'm willing to pay for that item.
