Any idea what this Yankees item is worth?

I recently listed an auction item on eBay with facsimile Yankees autographs, and later the same day a bidder contacted me through eBay to ask if he could buy it now and he quickly followed up with another communication saying "name your price". Both the title and description say facsimilie autographs and I did not reply to the bidder. Overnight it occurred to me that he may have not read the description and thought that the autographs were real. Much to my astonishment when I looked at the listing the following morning, the item had 2 bidders and the bid was several hundred times what the starting bid was.

I was concerned that both bidders could think the autographs are real and that is why the bids have gone so high, so I called eBay. eBay advised me to contact both bidders telling them that the autographs are not original and see if they wish to cancel their bids, so I sent a detailed message to both bidders. (I am not able to revise the listing because there are existing bids.) Shortly after sending my message, I get a reply from the bidder who contacted me the first day offering me a huge price to sell him the item.

So now he knows the autographs are facsimiles, he has been on eBay since 2008, he has over 700 feedback, 100% positive, and he is still offering me a lot of money for this item. There is no value in the autographs since they are printed. Is there real value in the item itself? Am I missing something?

It is a newsletter insert.
I can’t speak on its rarity.

One auction result I could find of it along with other yankees ephemera.

What Larry said. No one that is bidding thinks these are genuine autographs. They are just bringing huge money now that PSA graded them when they used to be $10-20 a piece a year ago. They are considered “Yankees Tri-Folds.” The last one of this version to sell that I saw brought a little over $3800.

It's a neat little piece, but $1,000s . . . HOLY CRAP!
