Please help ID signature on Selig official MLB ball, circa late 1990's early 2000's
 

Hello everyone and thanks in advance to this community. I am confident you can help me ID the name on this official MLB Selig ball. I am guessing it was signed circa late 1990's or early 2000's, given I acquired this along with several other signed items from this era.

I was thinking maybe Manny or Hanley Ramirez but I don't think that's correct.

Looks like a very rushed Nomar Garciaparra.

My guess is Manny Machado.
