Is the Cobb recolored or bottom trimmed!

I used a good magnifier and could not find any trace of recoloring.
Th bottom has scuffed edges sort of like an OPC cut card but I cannot tell if has been trimmed.

Scanner doesn't work for graded cards
 

Hey Bob,
I ran into the same problem when I tried to scan in my graded cards. They'll always turn out blurry. The best option I found was just to use my camera phone and stand the cards up so you don't get a big glare from overhead lights.
