Gorgeous Goldsmith Base Mitt currently in LOTG
 

Being offered in the current Love of the Game (LOTG) Auction is a beautiful Goldsmith Base Mitt, circa early Teens. This nifty early example remains in beautiful condition with soft/supple leather and no flaws of significance. Smooth inner lining with a spectacular Goldsmith "Iron Cross" Patch on the reverse side.

The white piping and original wrist strap create a gorgeous contrast to the Glove's jet black leather. A wonderful Mitt that would add tremendous display value to any Glove of Equipment collection. This is my consignment, and as of this writing has no bids (with a low opening bid amount of $150).

The two photos from the LOTG website are all I've got. I guess I should've photographed the Mitt prior to consigning it, but if you blow up the two pics provided by LOTG, you can see excellent detail in high resolution.
