Hello and thank in advance for any guidance regarding this issue.
So I picked up this sweet 1978 Topps Mike Schmidt auto, the problem is, PSA seems to have misplaced there account of it. :( The card before and after (see pics) exists, but alas mine exists only in my hand....... There are instructions on what to do (pics) but my question is, I don't have the certificate or letter of authenticity from the original because I did not submit it and I purchased it second hand (private sale, trusted individual). I don't question the signature either because I have more Schmidt signed stuff and it looks great when compared. So I could submit a picture of my card, explain it and.......? Hope for the best? Are they gonna "fix" this/add it to their database? Or am I sheet out of luck, lol....... Thanks for reading/stopping by, all replies are appreciated..... Best regards, Mike T |
Submit the photos and info. Worse they can say is no. Best they can say is oops and we will add it. Sounds like a clerical error on their end.

happens all the time. Just email them with the issue and pic of your item and they will likely update the system - info@psacard.com I believe. But check website to confirm. They have fixed similar issues for me many times.

Thanks Butch & Sundance....err I mean Casey, appreciate the feedback. :D

The authentication information is often added later in the game, so sometimes it just hasn't appeared yet in the database. I know this is often the case with game used.
I assume yours will be added to the database. |
