William E. "Dummy" Hoy
 

As a Hoy Researcher, gathered much on Dummy Hoy, but am narrowing the search on winter of 1893 and early spring of 1894 in San Francisco the Boston Beaneaters which Billy Nash and Dummy Hoy had teamed. So is there any team photographs ever taken? Just wishing the photographs to add to the collection.

I've been collecting Hoy cards and photos (Taylor too) for about 15 years and have never seen any pictures from that timeframe. I have most of their baseball cards and postcards. I do have a large Washington team photo with Hoy in it. I'd be very interested if you were able to post some of the items you have accumulated so far. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I, too, connect Dummy Hoy. I worked be happy to share some of my items with the group and would love to see yours. I have not seen a photo from then.

Here is an 1891 scorecard with Hoy playing
