Dream eye appeal for 90% of peoples budgets!

Yes interestng card and grade? I could be way off but eye appeal maybe a 3 or 4 and tech grade maybe a 2? I was actually thinking of sending the card to SGC cross over program. It may have a chance to be bumped up a bit?

Just like the Mickey Mantle, this is his first Topps card and not his "Rookie". His rookie card is 1951 Bowman.
