1960’s Candlestick Park Seat Cushion
 

I am working on picking up a seat cushion that the Giants used to rent out at Candlestick park. They used to rent them for 25 cents sometime in the 1960’s. The guy I am purchasing it from has had it since he accidentally left the stadium with it as a young man in his 20’s. I am posting here because I was hoping that some of you have more info about these cushions. I saw a picture one of the rental area in Candlestick park and I was hoping find some more like it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you posit the pictures of the ones you are currently trying to get from that person?

Here's pics of the rental table and cushions from both Seals and Candlestick. As you can see, they brought some Seals cushions to Candlestick.

That’s the one. I could not remember where I saw the picture of the vender renting them out at the park. Thanks for posting it. I am also searching now for that one from the Seal’s as I have both Candlestick Park (2) and Seals Stadium (1) seats. My brother and sister-in-law picked it up for me yesterday as it was in San Jose and I am in Roseville. I asked the guy to also write a letter about how he got it. Can’t wait to get the cushion and the letter.
