2002 Fleer Barry Bonds 600 HR Tribute Card

Perhaps a long shot but i am not much of a modern guy and havent been for many years. I just came across a few of these - does anyone know how these were distributed/issued? They are oversize (postcard size) and #'d to 2500. Interesting as i dont remember them at all.
