Topps Contact Needed
 

Does anyone have contact information for someone at Topps that can actually take care of a shipping error issue? I have tried their customer service by phone and email and they are totally incompetent. They either don't respond, hang up on you or they can't do anything when it is a basic thing which is they shipped me someone else's order instead of mine according to the packing manifest slip.

I shudder in adding that I've been waiting since 2012 for 10 - 2011 Bowman Chrome Redemption Cards... even PSA has a shorter turn around time!

I have every #'d Correspondence with them since... and Covid jus gave them Permission to Shelve it into almost a Decade of waiting...

Them losing MLB might of just cancelled my Redemption tickets for good!?
