Is anyone else having trouble logging into their account? I can't get on.

Just tried, got in easily.

I got in, no problem. Aside from all the outbids, the site is working perfectly. :rolleyes:

I tried this morning. I was told that my password has expired. So, it took me several tries to reset my password. I'm not sure why my password expired - I just used it a couple of weeks ago.

In addition, Google keeps telling me that the info for LOTG has been breached and that I need to reset my password.

I had to reset mine as well, but I've seen that before on other auction sites so didn't make much of it.

I had no trouble logging in and changing my password just now with LOTG.

Auction sites that are clients of Create Auction which include LOTG, Lelands, REA, Memory Lane, RMY as well as my site, Prestige Collectibles is set to require a new password after a certain amount of months. The time is determined by each auction house.

Several months ago, we switched to a new auction software platform.

To help ensure the security of our customer data, we decided to require all bidders change their passwords prior to bidding in this auction.

If anyone is having any difficulty, please feel free to reach out to me privately at info@loveofthegameauctions.com. The process for changing passwords is pretty easy, and it's definitely worth doing occasionally to keep your personal info secure!

Rick, if you'd be so kind as to email me a screenshot of what you're seeing in Google - there's been no breach of LOTG, so I'd like to see what you're seeing so that we can determine what's causing it.

Al, I tried it a few minutes ago with the new password and I didn't get the message from Google, so everything seems to be working now.
