1980’s signed PCL League Hawaii Baseball help

Had this ball signed in mid 80’s in Hawaii Pacific Coast League. If anyone has any experience with that league & players. Help needed. Note. Don’t spend a lot of time on this. Thanks JOE

The bottom signature in the first picture is Darrel Akerfelds.

He played for Tacoma in the PCL in 1986-87, and for Colorado Springs in 1988.
