Topps Project 70 Differences
 

What is the difference between the gold border 1/1 Project 70 cards and the artist signed 1/1 cards without the gold border? The gold border cards seem to be going for much more, but they are both just as rare.

Just bought a Juan Soto 1/1 non gold border for $25.

The printing on the back of the card says it is by the artist Naturel, but it is signed 1/1 by artist Quis. I'm new to the Project 70 cards and am confused. 2 different artists made the card?
