Cool original photo of a little girl with a pillow made out of B18 Blankets on the chair behind her. I am not 100%, but I am pretty certain that the top blanket on the pillow is Ty Cobb.

5" x 7" mount, 2.75" x 4" photo. The back of the mount is blank. Excellent condition.

No idea on the location - the cabinet doesn't have a stamp from the photographer and the only potential location clue I see is the Valley pennant but the girl's bow is blocking part of it. I imagine it says Valley St., but that would still leave a few possibilities.
