The rack pack is the only one I have ever seen with the Clemens Blue Streak showing. EDIT: I just found one on eBay with the error showing for twice my asking price. Still extremely rare. :)

The PSA 8 is a labeling error by PSA. They had graded Blue Streaks before and after this one. For some reason they didn't label it correctly and gave it a PD qualifier for having the Blue Streak error. The buyer can send it back and get it labeled correctly and have the highest graded example of this cool error card.
