Buyer asked to cancel within an hour after winning... said he thought the item came with PSA COA which I had labelled thoroughly did not.

ebay making it pretty easy for buyers to opt out in my opinion.

lots of buyer remorse on ebay, pretty ridiculous. nobody's word is any good anymore. good luck with sale, really cool item.

From the item title it looks like it has a COA from PSA. Maybe they only use their phone and didn't click on the link to read the description till after the auction ended.
