Any info? 1945 World Series - Tigers vs. Cubs 5" Disc Listing Players EX

I came upon this on Ebay and I'm curious to know more about it. It's a 5" disc with the Tigers signatures on one side and the Cubs on the other other.

Anyone have background/history that they could share? It's described as a 1945 World Series - Detroit Tigers vs. Chicago Cubs 5" Disc. But I'm curious to know who issued it, etc.
