1927 Babe Ruth Songster-one last try

One last try on this one.

Has anyone ever seen one of these? A 1927 Babe Ruth "songster" sheet music honoring the Babe for his 60 home run season.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting theory. However the fact that there is a 10 cents price on it leads me to believe that it was a stand alone item.
