Babe Ruth Original Vintage photograph that comes from his direct estate and personal collection.

Offered here is a vintage original circa 1920's (Copywright 1922 - noted on front) sepia photograph of a younger Babe Ruth with an individual who is typing a letter (likely one of the Walsh Syndicate employees). The "Christy Walsh Syndicate" stamp is partially visable on the back which has mounting residue at corners. Some minor damage as a result of mounting, affects a few small areas of the back and has no affect when displayed (front).

This was sold in the Babe Ruth Collection auction and comes with a Letter of Authenticity/Provenance that is signed by Babe Ruth's granddaughter. This item does NOT come with a PSA Type 1 LOA as referenced in the LOA.

Very few of the Ruth Collection items have resurfaced since being auctioned off and this is a great opportunity to own a period item that was in his collection since his early days with the Yankees.
