That ball is no good. It is forced real bad. You can see how they tried to force the button hooks and because of it they look more diamond shaped than circular. The whole first name trends up to the right, while the placement of the rest of the last name from the W runs at an angle away from the rest of the writing. Williams signature has never done that. It is really sloppy. I can not give you an opinion on the flat, but that ball is definitely no good.
